How Long Does Shipping Take?

  • For Pre-Made Releases And MADE TO ORDER Peices, Please Allow 2-5 weeks For Your Order To Be Manufactured And Shipped To Us.
  • For Premade (Ready To Ship) Orders Please Allow 1-3 days To Be Shipped.

How Long Will My Order Take Once Its Shipped?

  • Once Your Order Is Shipped And The Postal Service Has Possession Of Your Package:
  • Allow 3-6 Days For Shipping Within U.S. Using USPS Carrier.
  • Allow 5-12 Days For Shipping Worldwide, Using UPS Carrier.

Do you ship worldwide?

  • Yes, but shipping will take longer depending on your location. Shipping cost will apply and be calculated at check out.

Can I return or exchange an item?

  • No, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Captive will not be held liable for any lost, damaged, or unclaimed orders. If this happens, please contact the shipping provider. e.g UPS, usps, FedEx, DHL, etc.
